The Onward Membership
What does it cost?
Onward operates as a concierge psychiatry practice with transparent, straightforward pricing. The initial psychiatric evaluation is $350 and is 60 minutes. Ongoing care is $250 per month, which includes quarterly follow-up appointments, medication management, treatment planning, and secure messaging between visits. No insurance accepted. Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. Onward Health and Wellness specializes in psychiatric medication management. Treatment decisions are made on an individual basis following a thorough evaluation.
How soon can I be seen?
Onward is designed for timely, accessible care. New patients are typically seen within two to four weeks depending on current availability. We encourage you to reach out early to secure your preferred time. Onward is designed for adults appropriate for outpatient psychiatric care. We do not provide crisis services — if you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency please call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
How does the telehealth visit work?
All appointments are conducted via SimplePractice's built-in telehealth platform. You will receive a secure link through your client portal to join your appointment. No additional app or software download is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your initial evaluation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full evaluation fee. For follow-up appointments, 24 hours notice is required or a $75 late cancellation fee applies.
